    In this paper, the following 10 new species are des cribed and illustrated: Derrnestes (Derrnestes) voi sp. n. (Kenya); Attagenus (Attagenus) afghanus sp. n. (Afghanistan); Ctesias rnorocco sp. n. (Moroc co); Megatorna (Pseudohadrotorna) indica sp. n. (India); Thaurnaglossa boana sp. n. (New Guinea); Anthrenus (Anthrenodes) kejvali sp. n. (India); An threnus (Anthrenus) bilyi sp. n. (Kirgizia); Anthre nus (Anthrenus) narnibicus sp. n. (Namibia); Anthrenus (Florilinus) hartrnanni sp. n. (Nepal); Anthrenus (Nathrenus) bulirschi sp. n. (Turkey). Extending the known geographic distribution, new records of the following species are published: Derrnestes (Derrnestes) leechi Kalik, 1952 (Afgha nistan); Derrnestes (Derrnestes) wittei Kalik, 1955 (South Africa, Zimbabwe); Derrnestes (Derrnestes) gerstaeckeri Dalla Torre, 1911 (Kenya); Derrnestes (Derrnestes) haernorrhoidalis Küster, 1852 (Tan zania); Attagenus (Attagenus) srnirnovi Zhantiev, 1973 (Sultanate of Oman); Attagenus (Lanorus) pantherinus (Ahrens, 1814:11) (Turkey); Trogo derrna granariurn Everts, 1898 (Liberia); Phra donorna babaulti (Pie, 1921) (Namibia); Globicor nis (Dearthrus) longulus LeConte, 1863 (U.S.A: West V irginia); Globicornis (Globicornis) picta (Küster, 1851) (Slovakia); Anthrenus (Anthrenus) rnunroi Hinton, 1943 (Turkey). The following syno nym is proposed: Derrnestes (Derrnestinus) carni vorus Fabricius, 1775 (= Derrnestes unicolor Lepesme, 1946 syn. n.).
