    Three adults of the skin beetle species Attagenus fasciatus (Thunberg, 1795) (Coleoptera: Dermestidae: Attageninae, Attagenini) is recorded captured on Amaranthus viridis L. (slender or green amaranth; Amaranthaceae) and unidentified grass (Poaceae), in a residential area from La Parroquia Osuna Rodríguez, city of Merida, Merida State, Venezuelan Andes region.
