    The following species are firstly recorded from the Chechen Republic (Russia): Dermestes (Dermestinus) laniarius Illiger, 1801, Dermestes (Dermestinus) undulatus Brahm, 1790, Reesa vespulae (Milliron, 1939), Trogoderma teukton Beal, 1956, Anthrenus (Anthrenus) picturatus Solsky, 1876, Anthrenus (Helocerus) fuscus Olivier, 1790, Attagenus smirnovi Zhantiev, 1973 and Attagenus brunneus Faldermann, 1835.
