    In this paper, two DNA sequences (NCBI access No. FJ589736 and FJ589737) were amplified from mitochondrial CO1 gene of Trogoderma granarium and Trogoderma glabrum, respectively. The length of two sequences were all 883bp, which could be used as species-specific molecular marker.
