Evorinea madagascarica sp.nov. from Madagascar, Phadomena picea sp.nov. and Anthrenus (Anthrenus) maharashtranus sp.nov. from India, Adelaidia rufa sp.nov. from Indonesia: Java, and Dermestes (Dermestes) schneideri sp.nov. from Mongolia are described and illustrated. New records extending the known geographical distribution are published for the following species: Dermestes (Dermestinus) marocanus HÁVA, 1999 (Morocco); D. (D.) undulatus BRAHM, 1790 (Canary Isl.: Lanzarote); Attagenus postfasciatus PIC, 1951 (Senegal); Thaumaglossa rufula PIC, 1931 (Indonesia: Java); Reesa vespulae (MILLIRON, 1939) (Chile); Orphilus beali ZHANTIEV, 2001 (France, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Cyprus, Turkey); Anthrenus (Anthrenus) mesopotamicus HÁVA, 2001 (Iran, Syria); A. (A.) goliath SAULCY in MULSANT et REY, 1868 (Hungary); A. (Nathrenus) capensis GUÉRIN-MÉNEVILLE, 1838 (S Africa: Cape); A. (N.) verbasci (LINNAEUS, 1767) (Argentina). The following synonymy is proposed: Dermestes (Dermestinus) carnivorus FABRICIUS, 1775 (= Dermestes impressicollis REITTER, 1881 syn.nov.).
